Item return policy
Please return your unwanted items to us within 28 days of purchase in perfect unused condition in the original shipping container and we will give you a full refund or exchange.

If your item(s) is faulty, please inform us immediately.

Postage cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty.

We recommend that you return goods using a courier. We are not responsible for goods that go missing.

On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged if goods are in resellable condition.

Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be despatched within 10 working days.

Pricing Policy
Products are priced individually, to ascertain if an item is available for sale, click on 'Gallery', select the desired gallery, select the desired photo and then click the 'buy limited edition print' link. You will then see the pricing details for the print options available. Some items may not have items listed for sale. Please contact us for purchase options for these items.

Prices shown include delivery cost within the UK, Please contact us if you are outside of the UK to confirm delivery options.

Cancellation of Orders
Your order can be cancelled in the period before your item is shipped. Please contact us by email to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your item has not yet been shipped we will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund. Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal.

Shipping and Delivery times
Orders will be shipped within 28 days. We can normally deliver your item in a shorter time frame than this – it you require your item by a particular date, please contact us to confirm we are able to meet your requirements.

We do not currently offer a tracking service, please contact us by email, we will be happy to confirm the status of your order.

Your order will be shipped by a suitable courier service based on the size and type of item that you have ordered. Once your item has been shipped we will contact you with the details of our chosen courier service and provide you with a delivery date. A signature will be required on delivery.

Privacy Policy
On placing an order we will collect your name and address, you will then be transfered to PapPal's secure payments service.

Peak Landscapes will store your contact details to enable us to fulfill your order, this information will be held securely. Peak Landscapes will NOT share data with any other parties. Your contact information is solely used to verify and process each transaction in real time via the PayPal system who solely process your order. This information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.

Peak Landscapes does NOT store your financial details.
